We are shipping worldwide, however, if due to some reason we cannot deliver to your country, we’ll contact you and refund your order. We deliver to all types of customers



If you live outside the EU, additional duties, taxes and fees may be applied by your country’s customs, for which ENJOY LAB is not responsible for.

If you are unsure of the regulations for your country, please check with the relevant public authority. We write the following customs commodity code on our devices shipments: 85437090.


Please check your items immediately after receiving them to make sure they haven’t been damaged or stolen during shipping. If they have, please email at as soon as you receive the package. Include a description of the damages, and pictures of the damaged items/packaging. 

You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged, stolen and/or lost shipments.



ENJOY LAB devices  come with a one year limited warranty (or longer if required by the relevant legislation), starting from the date of the original purchase. Being able to prove the date of the original purchase with an invoice or a receipt is necessary if you require warranty service.

If the machine should need repair during the warranty period no charges will be applied for parts or labor. This warranty is transferable to other owners should the ENJOY LAB devices be resold during the warranty period.

  • This warranty does not cover :

    • damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation or failure to follow instructions according to the User Manual for this product;

    • any shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier);

    • Repair or attempted repair by anyone other than ENJOY LAB or a certified ENJOY LAB  repair center.

    • any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed;

    • normal wear and any periodic maintenance;

    • deterioration due to perspiration, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes such as extremes in temperature or humidity;

    • damages attributable to power line surge or related electrical abnormalities, lightning damage or Acts of God; or

    • RFI/EMI (interference/noise) caused by improper grounding or the improper use of either certified or uncertified equipment.

    • any other causes determined by ENJOY LAB to be the fault of the user, are not covered by warranty (normal service rates will be applied).


In the event that something is determined to be a manufacturer error or failure due to defective materials, we will repair, return or exchange the item free of charge at our discretion. 



If you need warranty service, please open a support ticket through our website in the Contacts section. Provide as much information as possible to help us understand the issue. 

Please do not send the unit back unless it is agreed upon by ENJOY LAB. The customer is responsible for shipping charges if the product needs to be shipped to an ENJOY LAB repair center for warranty service.

If the warranty covers the product, ENJOY LAB will bear the return shipping costs to the customer.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 

A proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.

If the unit is non-functional upon receipt, or if the hardware malfunctions within 14 days of the original purchase date, ENJOY LAB will cover the shipping to a certified ENJOY LAB repair center.



If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to arrange a return for any unused and unmodified items purchased within 14 days. ENJOY LAB will accept goods that are in good condition, without any external and internal damage or modification, along with the full set of accessories and documentation.

Please note that if you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs back to ENJOY LAB.

A copy of the original invoice or receipt must be supplied along with the item.

The refund is transferred once we have received and inspected the returned item.


  • Please arrange an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with us before sending any returns in.

  • Eligibility for return of modified or used items is determined on a case-by-case basis and we cannot guarantee a refund for these items.

  • We suggest that all returns are sent via a trackable shipping method. We are not liable for untracked return shipments that are lost in transit.
